摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,当前经济市场的发展亦在逐渐朝向全球一体化的方向发展,知识产权已经成为当前我国农业经济发展的重要资源之一,同时更是提升我国农业经济发展竞争优势的重要因素,随着现代化农业经济发展的不断推进,农业知识产权转化应用已经成为推进我国农业发展的重要举措。尤其是在当前一些发达国家,对农业科学技术的创新予以高度重视,对农业自主知识产权的维护成为提升其农业竞争优势的重要途径。本文主要从农业知识产权的角度出发,简要阐述农业知识产权的权能结构,分析当前农业知识产权转化应用存在的问题,重点对农业知识产权转化应用的有效策略进行探究。
With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy,the development of the current economic market is also gradually towards the direction of global integration,intellectual property rights have become one of the important resources of the development of our agricultural economy,but also an important factor to enhance the competitive advantage of our agricultural economy development,with the development of modern agricultural economy pushing forward constantly.The transformation and application of agricultural intellectual property rights has become an important measure to advance the development of Chinese agriculture.Especially in some developed countries,they attach great importance to the innovation of agricultural science and technology,and the maintenance of independent agricultural intellectual property rights becomes an important way to enhance their agricultural competitive advantage.From the perspective of agricultural intellectual property,this paper briefly expounds the power structure of agricultural intellectual property,analyzes the existing problems in the transformation and application of agricultural intellectual property,and focuses on exploring effective strategies for the transformation and application of agricultural intellectual property.
