ZnO复合光阳极的制备及其染料敏化太阳能电池光电性能研究

摘要 光阳极是染料敏化太阳能电池(dye-sensitized solar cells,简称DSSCs)的关键组成部件之一,它具备负载染料和传输电子的能力。ZnO通常作为的光阳极材料之一。本文以Zn(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O和尿素为原料,采用化学浴沉积法在镀有ZnO种子层的FTO导电玻璃上制备了ZnO复合光阳极,并组装成DSSCs。主要研究了散射层浓度和浸渍次数等对ZnO复合光阳极和DSSCs电池性能的影响。通过SEM、EIS、J-V以及IPCE测试,对ZnO复合光阳极的表面形貌,物相结构,以及光电性能等参数进行了系统的分析。结果表明:采用1gZnO团聚体粉中加入15mL无水乙醇和去离子水制备的散射层光阳极膜的性能最佳,其光电转化效率(photoelectric conversion efficiency,PCE)为7.01%,开路电压(Open-circuitvoltage,简称Voc)为0.64V,短路电流密度(Short-circuit currentdensity,简称Jsc)为18.23mA/cm^(2),填充因子(Fill factor,简称FF)为0.60。 Photoanodes are one of the key components of dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs),which have the ability to support dyes and transfer electrons.ZnO is one of the most commonly used photoanode materials.In this paper,Zn(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O and urea were used as raw materials,ZnO composite photoanodes were prepared by chemical bath deposition on FTO conductive glass coated with ZnO seed layer and assembled into DSSCs.The effects of scattering layer concentration,and dip times on the properties of ZnO photoanodes and DSSCs were mainly studied.With SEM,EIS,JV and IPCE tests,surface morphology,phase composition and photoelectric properties of the ZnO photoanodes were systematically investigated.Results showed that the scattering layer photoanode film had an optimum performance when adding 15 mL anhydrous ethanol and deionized water into 1 g ZnO aggregate respectively.The photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE),the open circuit voltage(Voc),short circuit current density(Jsc)and Fill factor(FF)of the DSSCs were 7.01%,0.64 V,18.23 mA/cm^(2)and 0.60,respectively.
