养护方式对大掺量粉煤灰混凝土抗压强度的影响 被引量:7

摘要 以水胶比(0.4、0.5、0.6)和粉煤灰掺量(0、30%、60%)为试验参数,研究不同养护方式(密封养护、标准养护和干燥养护)对大掺量粉煤灰混凝土(HVFAC)抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明:干燥开始龄期越晚,HVFAC的后期抗压强度越高;不同养护条件下,粉煤灰混凝土的后期抗压强度都随着粉煤灰掺量的增长而降低,干燥开始龄期越早,水胶比越大时,随着粉煤灰掺量的提高,混凝土后期抗压强度的下降越显著;粉煤灰掺量较大(60%)时,干燥开始龄期越晚,HVFAC的后期随水胶比增大抗压强度降低速率越快;粉煤灰掺量较小(30%)时,干燥开始龄期越晚,水胶比增大导致的HVFAC后期抗压强度的下降程度越小。 The water-cement ratio(0.4,0.5,0.6)and fly ash admixture(0,30%,60%)were used as experimental parameters to study the effect of different curing methods(sealed curing,standard curing and dry curing)on the compressive strength of large admixture fly ash concrete(HVFAC).The results show that the later the drying age,the higher the late compressive strength of HVFAC.Under different curing conditions,the late compressive strength of fly ash concrete decreases with the increase of fly ash admixture,the earlier the drying age and the larger the water-cement ratio,the more significant the decrease of late compressive strength of concrete with the increase of fly ash admixture.When the fly ash admixture is larger(60%),the later the drying age starts.The faster the reduction rate of the compressioe strength of HVFAC is with the increase of water-binder ratio.When the amount of fly ash is smaller(30%),the later the drying age starts,the smaller the decrease of the late compressive strength of HVFAC caused by the increase of water-cement ratio.
