摘要
社会组织介入县域发展的行为策略影响乡村振兴的实际效果,县域振兴是联结农村与城市发展的关键因素。该文以“永泰基金会”为个案,在适配理论下建构“环境—资源—能力”三个适配因素对介入策略影响的分析框架,并归纳个案中所呈现的社会组织介入适配策略及其背后的适应机制、整合机制与动员机制,为今后社会组织参与乡村振兴提供理论参考与现实依据。
The behavioral strategy of social organizations to intervene in county development affects the actual effect of rural revitalization,and county revitalization is a key factor of linking rural and urban development.Taking Yongtai Foundation as a case,this paper constructs an analysis framework for the impact of the three adaptation factors of“environment-resource-capacity”on intervention strategies under the adaptation theory,and summarizes the adaptation strategies of social organizations and the adaptation integration and mobilization mechanisms behind them,so as to provide theoretical reference and practical basis for social organizations,participation in rural revitalization in the future.
