摘要
针对QU120型钢轨在使用过程中出现断裂的现象,对钢轨断口部位的宏观形貌、力学性能、显微组织、化学成分等进行了观察和分析。分析结果表明:造成钢轨断裂的主要原因是钢轨在使用过程中生成了脆而硬的马氏体,而钢轨的矫直度、外载荷过大、使用频繁也对钢轨断裂有直接的影响。最后对提高钢轨使用寿命提出了相应的改进方案。
Aiming at the fracture phenomenon of QU120 rail in use,the macro morphology,mechanical properties,microstructure and chemical composition of rail fracture were observed and analyzed.The results show that brittle and hard martensite is formed during the use of the rail,which is the main factor causing the fracture of the rail.The straightening degree,excessive external load and frequent use of the rail also have a direct impact on the rail,and the corresponding improvement scheme is put forward to improve the service life of the rail.
