摘要
利用Pro/E建立烟气轮机动叶片的三维模型,利用SurfMill软件对烟气轮机动叶片叶身进行工艺规划及数控编程并输出NC程序。加工叶片叶身前对输出的NC程序进行模拟仿真,然后在五轴联动数控雕刻机SmartCNC450_DRT上进行加工验证。加工验证表明:在实体机床加工过程中,机床各轴的运动正常,未发生干涉、撞刀、碰撞等现象,由此可以证明该设计编程及后处理是正确的。
Use Pro/E to establish the 3D model of the moving blade body of flue gas turbine,and use SurfMill software to carry out the process planning and NC program output of the moving blade body of flue gas turbine.The output NC program is simulated before machining,and finally verified by five-axis linkage CNC engraving machine SmartCNC450_DRT.Through processing verification,in the process of solid machine tool processing,the movement of each axis of the machine tool is normal,there is no interference,knife collision,collision and other phenomena,which can prove that the above design programming and post-processing is correct.
