摘要
为了研究储能用锂离子动力电池的充电容量特性和放电热特性,以15 Ah/3.2 V磷酸铁锂软包电池为研究对象,在不同试验工况下对电池单体进行充放电试验,分析了恒流-恒压充电阶段电池充电容量与充电倍率、充电截止电压及充电环境温度之间的关系,以及恒流放电阶段不同倍率、不同温度下电池的温升特性。研究结果为后续电池组的充电一致性和电池组热管理技术开发提供了可靠的数据基础。
In order to study the charge capacity and discharge thermal characteristics of lithium ion power battery for energy storage,the charge and discharge tests of 15Ah/3.2V lithium iron phosphate soft package battery were carried out under different test conditions.The relationship between battery charging capacity and charging rate,charging cut-off voltage and charging environment temperature in constant current-constant voltage charging stage was analyzed,and the temperature rise characteristics of battery at different rates and temperatures in constant current discharge stage were analyzed.The research results provide a reliable data basis for the charging consistency and thermal management technology development of the subsequent battery pack.
