摘要
为了解决TBM刀盘振动异常等问题,通过搭建加速度数据远程采集平台,实现了在刀盘处采集振动数据。通过对采集数据进行统计分析,确定了施工数据预处理方法,研究了地质参数与掘进参数的关系,获得了不同围岩等级下主要掘进参数的分布范围。研究表明,随着掘进速度、转速的增加,刀盘振动呈现增长趋势。通过对施工实测数据的分析,可以为TBM操作参数的合理选择提供指导,从而保证TBM长时间地安全运行。
In order to solve the problems such as abnormal vibration of TBM cutter head,the remote acquisition platform of acceleration data was built to realize the acquisition of vibration data at cutter head.Through statistical analysis of the collected data,the pre-processing method of construction data was determined,the relationship between geological parameters and driving parameters was studied,and the distribution range of main driving parameters under different grades of surrounding rock was obtained.The research shows that the vibration of cutter head increases with the growth of driving speed and rotational speed.The analysis of construction measured data can provide guidance for the reasonable selection of TBM operation parameters,so as to ensure the safe operation of TBM for a long time.
