摘要
为解决系杆拱桥吊杆在活载作用下将产生较大的应力幅值极易导致疲劳破坏的问题,提出在拱肋与主梁之间增设若干对V构件,通过形成一个以拱肋为上弦杆、主梁为下弦杆、V构件为腹杆的桁式结构,发挥桁式结构承担活载的优越性,达到降低吊杆应力幅值的目标。为验证方法的有效性,建造一座跨径为50 m的试验桥,通过静载试验测试吊杆的应力值,运用有限元软件MIDAS CIVIL建立模型进一步对方法的有效性进行佐证,结果表明:结构的吊杆应力幅值得到有效减小,试验值与有限元计算值较为吻合;仅需增加很少的用钢量,结构活载作用下吊杆应力幅值和主梁挠度大幅减小。
As tied arch bridges suspenders will cause large stress amplitudes under live load,and easily fatigue damage,an effective method is proposed.Several pairs of V components are used between the arch rib and the main beam as a truss structure.By forming an arch rib as the upper chord,the main beam as the lower chord,and the V components as the web members,the truss structure of the rod plays a full role to bear the live load,by reducing the stress amplitude of the suspenders.In order to verify the effectiveness of this method,a test bridge with a span of 50 m was built,and the stress value of the suspenders were measured through the static load test.The model was established with finite element software to prove the effectiveness of the method.The test and finite element analysis results show that the stress amplitude of the suspenders of the structure is effectively reduced.The test value is in good agreement with the calculated value of the finite element.Only a small amount of steel needs to be added.The stress amplitude value of the suspenders is under the live load of the structure.The main beam deflection is greatly reduced.
