摘要
根据教育部“金课”建设中提出的教学高阶性、创新性和挑战度要求,行政学概论课程线下“金课”建设需以师生互动、特色鲜明、过程导向为课程建设目标,以理论素养过硬、专业能力扎实、政治信仰坚定为育人目标,通过优化教学内容、改革教学方法、强化体验实践、重塑考核模式,使学生成为课堂教学主体,增强学生思考能力,实现以拿高分为主到以强能力为主的学习目的的转变。让学生能在课前充分准备,在课上积极思考,在课后踏实反思,以丰富其知识储备,锻炼其处事能力,提高其政治觉悟,使其更好地参与到未来的社会治理和学术研究中。
The paper holds that the offline“gold course”construction of the course“Introduction to Administration”needs to take the interaction between teachers and students,distinctive characteristics and process orientation as the goal of curriculum construction and to take excellent theoretical literacy,solid professional ability and firm political belief as the educational goal to realize it.The construction also needs to optimize the teaching content,reform teaching methods,strengthen practice,reshape assessment modes and make students become the main body of classroom teaching to enhance students’thinking ability and realize the transformation of learning purpose from high score to strong ability so that students can fully prepare before class,actively think in class and reflect after class.The goal of the construction is to enrich students’knowledge,improve their practical ability,strengthen their political consciousness and make them better participate in the future social activities.
