摘要
当前我国食品行业竞争激烈,产品质量参差不齐,一些企业为追求经济利益,对食品质量要求不高,甚至有些生产经营单位违反相关规定生产食品。随着人们对食品安全的不断关注,越来越多的食品生产企业开始通过改进管理来提高其生产质量控制的水平。本文分析了我国食品质量安全管理重要性,并提出提升食品安全质量管理水平的策略。
At present,China’s food industry competition is fierce,product quality varies,some enterprises in the pursuit of economic interests,food quality requirements are not high,and even some production and operation units in violation of the relevant provisions of the production of food.With the continuous concern for food safety,more and more food production enterprises have started to improve their production quality control by improving management.This paper analyzes the importance of food quality and safety management in China and proposes strategies to improve the level of food safety quality management.
