摘要
为评价隔热材料对浅圆仓的隔热效果,本文采用菱镁板、1#反射隔热涂料、2#反射隔热涂料3种隔热材料对浅圆仓仓顶进行隔热处理,分别统计不同时段的仓顶温度、仓内温度、粮温和粮食水分,比较3种材料的隔热效果。结果表明,3种隔热材料中,1#反射隔热涂料可有效降低仓顶、仓内和粮堆上层温度,保持仓内相对湿度和粮食水分含量相对稳定,可较好地实现粮食的低温储藏,增加粮堆整体的稳定性,对粮食的保质保量具有重要意义。
In order to evaluate the thermal insulation effect of thermal insulation materials on shallow silos.In this paper,magnesite plate,1#and 2#reflective thermal insulation coating were used to treat the top of shallow silos.The top temperature,temperature,grain temperature and grain moisture in different periods were counted,and the effects of thermal insulation materials were compared.The results showed that among the three kinds of thermal insulation materials,1#reflective thermal insulation coating could effectively reduce the temperature of silo roof,in warehouse and upper strata of the grain pile,keep the relative humidity and grain moisture content in the warehouse relatively stable,better realize the low-temperature storage of grain,and increase the overall stability of grain pile,which was of great significance to the quality and quantity of grain.
