摘要
为了解掺氢对贫预混燃气轮机的性能影响,采用数值模拟的方法研究了某燃气轮机天然气掺氢比(体积分数0~30%)对其燃烧及排放特性的影响,对比了燃料体积流量恒定和热负荷恒定的情况下,掺氢对燃烧温度、NO_(x)、CO和CO_(2)排放的影响规律。结果表明,在燃料体积流量恒定的情况下:如果固定燃料当量比,掺氢会降低燃烧室热负荷,并能够降低燃气中CO和CO_(2)浓度,但会导致出口燃气超温和NO_(x)排放超标;如果固定掺氢比,随着当量比的降低,燃烧温度降低,NO_(x)和CO_(2)浓度降低,CO浓度先降低后升高,当掺氢比为30%时,推荐的燃料当量比为0.48。在热负荷恒定的情况下,如果固定燃料当量比,掺氢能够降低燃气中CO和CO_(2)浓度,并导致出口燃气超温和NO_(x)排放超标;如果固定掺氢比,随着当量比的降低,燃烧温度降低,NO_(x)和CO_(2)浓度降低,CO浓度先降低后升高,当掺氢比为30%时,推荐的燃料当量比为0.47。天然气掺氢燃气轮机可以通过稀燃的方式降低燃烧温度,实现低NO_(x)排放,同时降低CO和CO_(2)排放。本研究可为燃气轮机掺氢设计与运行提供参考。
This paper examines the influence of hydrogen blending on the performance of a lean premixed gas turbine.Numerical simulation is carried out to study the influence of blending hydrogen at different volume fractions(from 0 to 30%)on the combustion and emission characteristics of the gas turbine.The effects of hydrogen blending on the combustion temperature,and NO_(x),CO and CO_(2) emissions are compared under a constant fuel flow rate and constant heat load.The numerical simulation shows the following results:At a constant fuel flow rate:If the fuel equivalence ratio remains constant,the thermal load in the combustor and the concentration of CO and CO_(2) will decrease with hydrogen blending,but there will be overheated gas and excessive NO_(x) emissions at the outlet.If the hydrogen blending ratio remains constant,the combustion temperature will drop together with the concentration of NO_(x) and CO_(2),and the concentration of CO will first decrease and then increase with the drop of the fuel equivalence ratio.The recommended fuel equivalence ratio is 0.48 when the hydrogen blending ratio is 30%.Under a constant thermal load:If the fuel equivalence ratio remains constant,the concentration of CO and CO_(2) will decrease with hydrogen blending,but there will be overheated gas and excessive NO_(x) emissions at the outlet.If the hydrogen blending ratio remains constant,the combustion temperature will decrease together with the concentration of NO_(x) and CO_(2),and the concentration of CO will first decrease and then increase with the drop of the fuel equivalence ratio.The recommended fuel equivalence ratio is 0.47 when the hydrogen blending ratio is 30%.In conclusion,blending hydrogen in gas turbines for lean combustion can reduce combustion temperature and achieve low emissions of NO_(x),CO and CO_(2).The research results can provide reference for the design and operation of hydrogen gas turbines.
