ZrO_(2)泡沫陶瓷制备及组织与性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以ZrO_(2)为原料、聚丙烯酸铵为分散剂、聚乙烯醇为粘结剂、富铈稀土为稳定剂,采用有机泡沫浸渍法制备ZrO_(2)泡沫陶瓷,研究pH值、分散剂添加量和固含量对浆料流变性和稳定性的影响。结果表明,当分散剂的添加量为2%(相对于ZrO_(2)质量)、pH值为8时,可获得高固含量且流变性较好的浆料。为优化ZrO_(2)泡沫陶瓷的力学性能,研究烧结温度、保温时间及颗粒级配对材料显微结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当烧结温度为1570℃、保温时间为1h、颗粒级配为7∶3时,ZrO_(2)泡沫陶瓷过滤器具有最佳综合性能,此时其体积密度、气孔率、抗折强度和抗压强度分别为3.08g/cm^(3)、44.2%、1.39MPa和1.13MPa。 ZrO_(2) foam ceramics were prepared via polymer sponge replication technique using ZrO_(2) as raw material,ammonium polyacrylate as dispersing agent,polyvinyl alcohol as binder and cerium-rich rare earth as stabilizer.The effects of pH value,dispersant addition and solid loadings on the rheology and stability of the slurry were investigated.It was found that,the slurry with high solid loadings and good rheology can be obtained when the dispersant was added by 2%(relative to ZrO_(2) mass)and pH value was 8.In order to optimize the mechanical properties of ZrO_(2) foam ceramics,the effects of sintering temperature,holding time and particle distribution on the microstructure and mechanical properties were also investigated.The results show that the optimum properties of ZrO_(2) foam ceramic filters is achieved when the sintering temperature is 1570℃,the holding time is 1 h,and the particle distribution is 7∶3.The bulk density,open porosity,flexural strength and compressive strength are 3.08 g/cm^(3),44.2%,1.39 MPa and 1.13 MPa,respectively.
