摘要
从胎盘娩出至产妇全身各器官除乳腺外恢复至正常未孕状态的一段时间,尤其是产后早期,是产妇身体和心理恢复、适应环境的关键期和敏感期,如恢复与适应不良,产妇排尿情况、子宫收缩情况、情绪情感状态、哺乳情况等均可能影响母婴交流及健康。本共识通过阐述在初产妇阴道分娩产后早期康复中的中医适宜技术方法和使用范围,以规范和指导初产妇阴道分娩产后早期康复服务,提高服务能力,满足产后早期生理、心理和社会适应的健康需求。
The period from the delivery of the placenta to the recovery of all organs of the maternal body(except the mammary gland)to the normal non-pregnant state,especially in the early postpartum period,is the critical and sensitive to the maternal physical and psychological recovery and adaptation to the environment.If recovery and adaptation are not suitable,the postpartum urination,uterine contraction,emotional state and lactation may interfere with a woman's ability to care for herself and her infant.This consensus is to standardize and guide the early postpartum rehabilitation service of nulliparas after vaginal delivery,improve the service cability,and meet the medical needs of early postpartum physiological,psychological and social adaptation by elaborating the appropriate technical methods and application of traditional Chinese medicine.
