变桨轴承是风力发电的关键部件,通过变桨驱动电机带动变桨轴承转动从而改变叶片的迎风角,使叶片保持最佳的迎风状态,从而控制叶片的升力,从而达到控制叶片上的扭矩和功率的目的。变桨轴承在风电发电机组故障中故障率最高,运行过程中故障清除的成本高。通过超声波检测、解剖、宏观检查、样品金相分析、化学元素分析、缺陷电镜扫描等手段分析了一批变桨轴承断裂的原因。
