摘要 岩石结构是岩石中矿物颗粒或晶体相互之间的连接关系及孔隙结构构型特征与分布状态。通过采用Matlab和IPP6.0软件对扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图像进行数字化处理,并对岩石结构参数进行挖掘、获取、统计和量化分析。结果表明,通过分析SEM图像发现岩石孔隙、裂缝和溶孔等缺陷主要集中在粘土矿物分布集中区,表明页岩矿物分布的集聚现象;基于二值化数字图像建立了岩石孔隙率和孔隙比计算公式,分析了岩石表面缺陷分布的不均匀性,与SEM图像计算结果一致;提出了一种以d_(max)/d_(min)比值大小来量化考察岩石孔隙结构发育规律的新方法。该方法将会对岩石在外部环境扰动作用下的孔隙结构扩展演化规律分析提供重要数据和分析方法。 Rock structure is the connection relationship between mineral particles or crystals in the rock and the configurational characteristics and distribution state of pore structure. In this paper, the scanning electron microscope(SEM) images were digitally processed by using Matlab and IPP6.0 software, and the rock structure parameters were excavated, acquired, statistically and quantitatively analyzed. The results show that the defects such as pores, cracks and dissolved pores are mainly concentrated in the distribution concentration area of clay minerals by analyzing the SEM images, indicating the agglomeration phenomenon of shale mineral distribution. Based on the binary digital image, the calculation formulas of porosity and void ratio were established to analyze the inhomogeneity of the distribution of defects on the rock surface, which is consistent with the calculation results of SEM images. A new method is proposed to quantitatively investigate the development law of rock pore structure by the ratio of d_(max)/d_(min). This method will provide important data and method for the analysis of the pore structural expansion and evolution law of rocks under the action of external environmental disturbances.
