摘要
如何进行文化建设实践,是中国共产党治国理政必须面对和解决的重大问题。党的十八大以来,中国共产党深刻总结中国特色社会主义文化建设实践经验,对党领导文化建设工作认识不断深化,实现了党领导文化建设理论创新和实践创新。党将顶层设计与保障落实并举,从擘画宏伟蓝图出发,优化文化建设实践决策部署,以体制机制建设、组织架构建设和方式路径建设三重层面保障文化建设实践稳步前进。系统研究党的十八大以来党领导文化建设实践问题,对新时代高效领导文化建设工作,开创文化建设实践新格局,助力文化建设新发展具有极强的现实启示。
How to carry out cultural construction practice is a major problem that the Communist Party of China must face and solve.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Party of China has profoundly summarized the practical experience of socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics,has continuously deepened its understanding of Party-led cultural construction,and realized the theoretical innovation and practical innovation of Party-led cultural construction.The Communist Party of China has combined top-level design with support and implementation.Starting from planning a grand blueprint,the Communist Party of China has optimized decision-making and deployment of cultural construction practices,and ensured steady progress of cultural construction practices at three levels:institutional construction,organizational structure construction,and method and path construction.The systematic study on the practice of the Party’s leadership in cultural construction since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has strong practical enlightenment for the efficient leadership of cultural construction in the new era,the creation of a new pattern of cultural construction practice,and the new development of cultural construction.
