摘要 目的为飞行员心理运动能力评估及个性化训练提供技术支撑,保障飞行安全。方法采用文献归纳法制定飞行员心理运动能力测评指标,招募54名飞行学员开展现场测试,设计飞行员心理运动能力测量量表,采用重复测量方差分析进行信度效度检验。结果(1)分析飞行职业特性以及飞行操作特征,提出基于多目标追踪任务的飞行员心理运动能力测评方法,包括四个维度,即眼手协调能力、双手协调能力、注意分配能力和速度判断能力;(2)研制飞行员心理运动能力测评系统;(3)飞行员心理运动能力测评4个能力测试项目的内部一致性信度克伦巴赫α系数为0.67~0.89之间,分半信度系数在介于0.82~0.95之间,效度检验达到统计学显著水平;(4)采用鉴别指数法分析测量项目关联度均置于0.32-0.40之间,具备较好鉴别效果。结论基于多目标追踪任务的飞行员心理运动能力测评系统能够满足心理测量学要求,可以作为飞行员心理运动能力评估的有效工具。 Objective The study provides technical support for pilots'psychomotor ability evaluation,and targeted training,to guarantee flight safety.Methods The pilot psychomotor ability indicators and scale were designed first by means of literature induction.Then a total of 54 pilot cadets were recruited to carry out field tests.The reliability and validity of the scale were tested by repeated measures ANOVA.Results (1)After analyzing the characteristcs of flight occupation and operation,a psychomotor evaluation method for multi-target tracking tasks was proposed,which included four dimensions:eye-hand coordination ability,two-hand coordination ability,attention distribution ability and speed judgment ability.(2)A pilot psychomotor ability evaluation system was developed.(3)The kronbachαcoefficient of internal consistency of the four test items was between 0.67 and 0.89,and the split reliability coefficient was between 0.82 and 0.95.The validity test reached a statistically significant level.(4)The identification index method was used for item analysis of each measurement,which was between 0.32 and 0.40,with good identification effect.Conclusion The pilot psychomotor ability evaluation system based on multi-target tracking tasks can meet the requirement of psychometrics and be used as an effective tool for pilot psychomotor ability evaluation.
