摘要
微处理器MPU属于复杂集成电路,是电子设备中实现计算、处理、控制、管理等功能的核心电路,同时决定了系统安全性、测试性、可升级性等非功能特性。MPU的应用验证非常重要且非常复杂,探讨了MPU应用验证任务执行、装备接口、环境自然、质量寿命、综合集成等场景设计,为其应用验证实现提出一个解决思路。
Micro-processor unit is kind of complex integrated circuit that implementing computing,processing,control,management in a system.MPU also decides the non-function implementation such as safety,security,test-ability,upgradability etc.All of this feature or characteristic implied that application validation is very important and difficult.Accord the study before,this paper is to give some considerations of task executing,equipment interface,natural environment,life-time quality and comprehensive integration scenarios.
