基于定向钻探技术的上覆煤层采空区积水的疏放研究

摘要 为安全高效地疏放上覆煤层采空区积水,基于XV1307工作面水文地质情况及上方采空区积水情况,应用定向长钻探技术,设计疏放水钻探施工工艺钻孔,封孔工艺以及放水措施,并分析了疏放水情况及效果。应用结果表明,定向钻探疏放水效率更高,安全性更好,可很好地避免上覆煤层采空区积水涌入下覆采面的危险,可供类似工况下的千米钻机成功疏放上覆煤层采空区积水参考。 In order to safely and efficiently drain the water accumulated in the goaf of the overlying coal seam,based on the hydrogeological conditions of the XV1307 working face and the water accumulated in the goaf above,the directional long drilling technology was applied the drainage drilling construction process drilling,hole sealing technology and drainage measures were designed,and the drainage situation and effect were analyzed.The application results showed that the directional drilling was more efficient with better safety,which can well avoid the danger that the water in the goaf of the overlying coal seam flows into the lower mining face,and can be used as a reference for the successful drainage of the water in the goaf of the overlying coal seam by the kilometer drilling machine under similar working conditions.
