响应面法优化镁钾颗粒成型工艺及颗粒溶化性研究

Optimization of Magnesium and Potassium Particle Forming Process and Particle Solubility by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以碳酸镁、柠檬酸钾为原料,开发一款口感良好、成型性佳的颗粒剂。以吸湿性为基准筛选辅料,以软材性质、粒度为指标进行单因素试验,基于单因素试验结果,以软材性质、粒度、硬度、休止角为考察指标,通过响应面设计试验对镁钾颗粒配方及成型工艺进行优选。结果表明,镁钾颗粒最佳配方及成型工艺为碳酸镁7.7%、柠檬酸钾14%、麦芽糖醇48%、麦芽糊精14%、羧甲纤维素钠水溶液3%,制粒过程区别于传统的软材经摇摆颗粒机挤压制粒工序,由软材直接沸腾干燥后整粒,既减少工序又节约成本,制得的颗粒剂外观整洁、颗粒均匀,粒度、硬度、口感均较好。颗粒溶化性研究通过酸味剂的添加解决市场上大部分同类产品碳酸镁原料溶解性较差的问题,提升产品品质。通过响应面设计试验得到的镁钾颗粒成型工艺合理可行,制得的产品粒度、硬度、口感均较好,可为高血压人群提供一种补充镁、钾的新选择。 Using magnesium carbonate and potassium citrate as raw materials,a granule with good taste and good formability was developed.The excipients were screened based on hygroscopicity,and the single-factor experiment was conducted using the properties of soft materials and particle size as indicators.Based on the results of the single-factor experiment,taking the properties,particle size,hardness and angle of repose of the soft material as the inspection indicators,the formula and molding process of magnesium-potassium granules were optimized through the response surface design experiment.The results showed that the optimal formula and molding process of magnesium potassium granules were magnesium carbonate 7.7%,potassium citrate 14%,maltitol 48%,maltodextrin 14%,and sodium carboxymethylcellulose aqueous 3%.The granulation process was diferent from the traditional soft material extruded and granulated by a swinging granulator,and the soft material was directly boiled and dried,and then granulated,reducing the process and saving costs.The obtained granules had neat appearance,uniform particles,uniform particle size,and better hardness and taste.The research on the solubility of granules solved the problem of poor solubility of magnesium carbonate raw materials for most similar products on the market through the addition of acidulants,and improved product quality.The magnesium-potassium particle molding process obtained by the response surface design experiments was reasonable and feasible,and the obtained product had good particle size,hardness and taste,which could provide a new choice for supplementing magnesium and potassium for hypertensive people.
