母线槽在工业厂房配电工程中的应用研究

摘要 随着工业自动化的发展,工业厂房中用电设备的数量越来越多,容量越来越大。电力电缆作为传统的电能传输设备,因其载流量受限的原因,已无法满足配电需求。通过论述母线槽的特点,结合工业厂房配电工程案例,从载流量、扩展性、安全性、寿命、经济性等方面,对母线槽与电缆的性能进行对比,突出母线槽在设备容量较大的厂房中的应用优势——可以简化配电工程,降低施工难度,便于后期改造扩展,全生命周期内经济合理等,为类似厂房的配电工程设计提供参考。 With the development of industrial automation,the number of electrical equipment in industrial factory building is increasing,and the capacity is increasing.As a traditional power transmission equipment,power cable can not meet the demand of power distribution due to its limited carrying capacity.By introducing the characteristics of busway and combining with the case of power distribution engineering in industrial workshop,the paper compares the performance of busway and cable from the aspects of current carrying capacity,extensibility,safety,life and economy,etc.,the advantages of busway groove applied in the factory building with large capacity of equipment are highlighted,which can simplify power distribution engineering,reduce construction difficulty,facilitate post-renovation and expansion,and be economical and reasonable in the whole life cycle.The paper can provide reference for the design of power distribution engineering of similar factory building.
