摘要
天津渤大硫酸工业有限公司采用超重力氨法吸收工艺处理制酸尾气,2017-2021年的尾气排放结果表明,尾气中酸雾排放浓度大于5 mg/m^(3)。本研究对超重力氨法吸收工艺的吸收装置进行改造,采用NaOH碱液代替以往的氨水,同时在超重力机后方增设高效纤维除雾器。改造后,酸雾排放浓度降低,为3.9~4.3 mg/m^(3),符合京津冀地区排放要求,酸雾治理效果理想。
Tianjin Boda Sulphuric Acid Industry Co.,Ltd.uses the high gravity ammonia absorption process to treat the acidmaking tail gas,the tail gas emission results from 2017 to 2021 show that the acid mist emission concentration in the tail gas is greater than 5 mg/m^(3).In this study,the absorption device of the high gravity ammonia absorption process is modified,and NaOH lye is used to replace the previous ammonia water,at the same time,an efficient fiber mist eliminator is added behind the high gravity machine.After reconstruction,the acid mist emission concentration is reduced to 3.9〜4.3 mg/m^(3),which meets the emission requirements of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the treatment effect of acid mist is ideal.
