摘要
在社会体育指导与管理专业创新创业人才需求背景下,审视当今高校此专业创新创业人才培养现状及问题,进而提出对策。通过文献资料和调查研究发现,人才培养目标中创新创业教育理念和课程设置不突出;创新创业教育与体育专业教育联结不紧密;创新创业教育师资和教学形式不完善;创新创业校企合作机制不长效;实践基地建设和活动开展有限。为此,需要修订培养方案,强化理念,增设课程;完善师资,拓展教学形式,加强融合教学;建立“校企政”多元合作机制,以及多样化的实践实训平台,提供软硬件设备等,从而助推高校社会体育指导与管理专业创新创业人才培养。
Under the background of the demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Social Sports Guidance and Management,this paper reviews the current situation and problems of the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities,and then puts forward countermeasures.Through literature review and investigation,it is found that the innovation and entrepreneurship education concept and curriculum are not prominent in the talent training objectives;Innovation and entrepreneurship education is not closely connected with physical education;The teachers and teaching forms of innovation and entrepreneurship education are not perfect;The school enterprise cooperation mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship is not effective;The construction of practice bases and activities are limited.Therefore,it is necessary to revise the training program,strengthen the concept and add courses;Perfect teachers,expand teaching forms,and strengthen integrated teaching;Establish a diversified cooperation mechanism of "school,enterprise and government",as well as a diversified practical training platform,provide software and hardware equipment,etc.,so as to boost the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Social Sports Guidance and Management in colleges and universities.
