摘要
目的 了解2017-2020年山东省莱州市腹泻症候群细菌性病原谱构成,探讨细菌性腹泻主要病原体的变化情况。方法 收集2017-2020年在山东省莱州市各医疗机构就诊的腹泻患者粪便标本1 381份,采用分离培养、生化鉴定和血清分型的方法,检测沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、致泻性大肠杆菌、致泻性弧菌、气单胞菌等肠道致病菌。结果 在1 381份粪便标本中,检出阳性菌株199例,其中沙门氏菌118株、致泻性弧菌42株、气单胞菌26株、致泻性大肠杆菌12株、志贺氏菌1株。2017-2020年阳性率分别为12.59%、11.54%、17.60%、20.15%。在夏秋季的1 252份标本中检出182株,冬春季129份标本检出17株。741例男性检出106株致病菌,640例女性检出93株致病菌。0~10岁组、11~20岁组、21~60岁组和>61岁组阳性率分别为12.09%、18.31%、15.21%、15.10%。结论 2017-2020年山东省莱州市细菌性腹泻病原菌依次为沙门氏菌、致泻性弧菌、气单胞菌、致泻性大肠杆菌、志贺氏菌。
Objective To understand the composition of the bacterial pathogen spectrum of diarrhea syndromes in Laizhou city, Shandong province during 2017-2020,and to explore the changes in the main pathogens of bacterial diarrhea. Methods A total of 1 381 stool samples were collected from diarrhea patients visited medical institutions in Laizhou city, Shandong province during 2017-2020.Salmonella,Shigella,diarrheal Escherichia coli,Vibrio,Aeromonas and other enteropathogenic bacteria were detected by isolation, culture, biochemical identification and serotyping. Results Of the 1 381 faecal specimens, 199 positive strains were detected, including 118 Salmonella,42 Vibrio diarrhoeae,26 Aeromonas,12 Escherichia coli and 1 Shigella.The positivity rates for 2017-2020 were 12.59%,11.54%,17.60% and 20.15% respectively.182 positive strains were detected in 1 252 specimens in summer and autumn, 17 positive strains were detected in 129 specimens in winter and spring.106 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected in 741 males and 93 strains in 640 females.The positive rates of 0-10 group, 11-20 group, 21-30 group and >61 group were 12.09%,18.31%,15.21% and 15.10% respectively. Conclusion From 2017 to 2020,the pathogenic bacteria of bacterial diarrhea in Laizhou city were Salmonella, Vibrio diarrhoeae, Aeromonas, diarrheal Escherichia coli and Shigella in turn.
