甜高粱种质芽期耐苏打盐碱性筛选与鉴定 被引量:1

Screening and Identification of Saline-alkali Tolerance of Sweet Sorghum Germplasm at Germination Stage

摘要 为探究甜高粱芽期的耐苏打盐碱性,筛选出耐盐碱性较强的甜高粱种质,推动甜高粱在盐碱地种植。本研究在100 mmol/L混合苏打盐碱溶液胁迫下,采用多种分析方法综合评价110份甜高粱发芽期各指标。结果表明:苏打盐碱胁迫下,相对根长的变异系数最大,根长盐害率的变异系数最小;甜高粱的发芽势、发芽率、芽长、相对芽长、根长、相对根长、根冠比、相对根冠比,任意两个指标之间均呈极显著正相关,而与各指标盐害率呈极显著负相关;主成分分析将15个耐苏打盐碱性相关指标提取出3个主成分,累计贡献率达88.378%;综合主成分分析和模糊隶属函数分析,将110份甜高粱耐苏打盐碱性分为4个等级并筛选出高度耐苏打盐碱型材料2份、中度耐苏打盐碱型材料51份、低耐苏打盐碱型材料47份和苏打盐碱敏感型材料10份。这些材料将为甜高粱种质耐苏打盐碱性鉴定和筛选提供参考。 To explore the soda salt resistan ce of sweet sorghum bud,select salinity resistance strong sweet sorghum germplasm,push the sweet sorghum grown in saline-alkali land.Under the stress of 100 mmol/L mixed soda saline-alkali solution,various analytical methods were used to comprehensively evaluate the indexes of germination stage of 110 sweet sorghum.Under soda saline-alkali stress,the coefficient of variation of relative root length was the largest,and the coefficient of variation of salt injury rate of root length was the smallest.The germination potential,germination rate,bud length,root length,root-shoot ratio,relative root length,relative bud length and relative root-shoot ratio of sweet sorghum showed extremely significant positive correlation with any two indexes,but extremely significant negative correlation with salt injury rate of each index.Principal component analysis extracted 3 principal components from 15 indicators related to soda salinity-alkali resistance,with a cumulative contribution rate of 88.378%.Based on principal component analysis and fuzzy membership function analysis,110 sweet sorghum samples were divided into four grades.2 materials were selected as highly salt-resistant materials,51 materials as moderately salt-resistant materials,47 materials as low salt-resistant materials and 10 materials as sensitive materials.These materials will provide reference for the identification and screening of saline-alkali resistance of sweet sorghum germplasm.
