摘要
文章通过对242名大学生进行问卷调查,探究他们所接受的教养方式与其职业成熟度的现状,进一步考察父母教养方式对职业成熟度的影响。结果表明,72.7%的大学生接受的是高信任鼓励型和高情感温暖型的教养方式;被试者职业成熟度平均分为3.88,自信心与独立性维度得分较低;良好的家庭教养方式对大学生职业成熟度提升产生正面作用;职业决策态度在父母教养方式和职业成熟度之间具有中介效应。文章认为父母应重视家庭教育对孩子未来职业发展的重要影响,采取科学合理的教养方式。
Through a questionnaire survey of 242 college students, this paper explores the status quo of their parental style and career maturity, and further investigates the influence of parental upbringing style on career maturity. The results show that 72.7% of college students accepted the high trust and encouragement type and the high emotional warmth type of parenting style. The average score of career maturity of the subjects was 3.88, and the scores of self-confidence and independence were low. Good family upbringing style has a positive effect on the career maturity of college students. Career decision attitude has mediating effect between parenting style and career maturity. This paper argues that parents should pay attention to the important influence of family education on children’s future career development and adopt scientific and reasonable parenting methods.
