摘要
现行国家标准《测绘成果质量检查与验收》(GB/T 24356-2009)、《数字测绘成果质量检查与验收》(GB/T 18316-2008)发布实施超过10年,在测绘成果质量检查验收中发挥着核心作用,但其个别内容已难以适应测绘地理信息项目快速发展的需要。就两本国标中测绘成果的层级划分、成果类型的定义、质量元素的确定以及相应权的赋值提出相对完整的检验体系,对数学精度评分、抽样批次比例等问题进行分析研究,并提出解决方案,为测绘成果质量检查与验收提供参考。
The current national standards GB/T 24356-2009 Specifications for Quality Inspection and Acceptance of Surveying and Mapping Products and GB/T 18316-2008 Specification for Inspection and Acceptance of Quality of Digital Surveying and Mapping Achievements have been issued and implemented for more than ten years.They play a key role in the quality inspection and acceptance of surveying and mapping achievements,but their individual contents have been difficult to meet the needs of rapid development of surveying and mapping geographic information projects.This paper puts forward a relatively complete inspection system for the classification of surveying and mapping products,the definition of the types of products,the determination of quality elements and the assignment of corresponding weights,puts forward solutions after analyzing and studying the problems of mathematical accuracy score and the proportion of sampling batches,provides reference for quality inspection and acceptance of surveying and mapping products.
