摘要
测量标志是国家重要的基础设施,但近年来不断遭受损坏,保护工作形势十分严峻。对近几年江苏省省管测量标志管理和保护工作进行分析,详细阐述了普查、维护、补埋的作业工序和注意事项,总结了管护工作中存在缺乏科普宣传、资料陈旧、质量粗糙、缺少监管、执法不严等问题,提出了加强测量标志科普宣传工作、落实测量标志保管制度、提高测量标志维护与埋设质量以及加大违法处罚力度等措施与建议,为今后的测量标志管理和保护工作提供参考。
Survey marks are an important national infrastructure,but they have been damaged continuously in recent years,and the protection situation is very serious.In this paper,the management and protection of survey marks in Jiangsu Province in recent years are analyzed,the operation procedures and precautions of general survey,maintenance and supplementary burial are described in detail,and the problems existing in the management and protection work,such as lack of popular science publicity,outdated materials,rough quality,lack of supervision and lax law enforcement,are summarized.Therefore,measures and suggestions such as strengthening the popular science publicity of survey marks,implementing the storage system of survey marks,improving the maintenance and embedding quality of survey marks,and increasing illegal punishment are put forward to provide reference for the management and protection of survey marks in the future.
