矿用电铲气路系统低温冻结问题分析及改进研究

摘要 针对在低温工作环境下矿用电铲气路系统易出现结冰现象,严重影响电铲安全稳定运行的问题,介绍了电铲气路系统运行现状,分析了气路系统的工作原理以及如何实现水气分离,探讨了气路系统的水气分离能力,发现水气分离能力存在不足的现象,通过对电铲气路系统装设铜管冷凝器装置与空气过滤器装置,升级改造了水气分离装置,有效提高了气路系统有效分离水气的能力,保障了电铲气路系统的安全稳定运行。 Aiming at the problem that the air circuit system of mining electric shovel is prone to freezing under low temperature working environment, which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of electric shovel, the current operation status of electric shovel air circuit system is introduced, the working principle of air circuit system and how to realize water-gas separation are analyzed, the water-gas separation capacity of air circuit system is explored, the phenomenon of water-gas separation capacity is found to be insufficient, the water-gas separation device is upgraded and modified, and the water-gas separation device is improved by installing copper pipe condensation on electric shovel. By installing copper tube condenser and air filter in the air circuit system, the ability of the air circuit system to effectively separate water and gas was improved, and the freezing problem of the air circuit system of electric shovel no longer occurred in the low temperature environment, which ensured the safe and stable operation of the air circuit system of electric shovel.
