摘要
针对传统供电系统使用的固定频率供电系统驱动煤矿流体负荷设备,造成流体负荷设备耐久度降低,产生一定的电力资源浪费的问题,结合变频技术和PLC智能控制技术设计一种自动变频控制系统,实时监测流体负荷设备的负载变化,控制变频系统及时调整供电系统输出电流的频率。试运行结果表明,该控制系统的应用有效降低了设备能耗,取得显著成效。
In view of the fact that the traditional power supply system uses a fixed-frequency power supply system to drive the coal mine fluid load equipment, which causes a decrease in the durability of the fluid load equipment and a certain waste of power resources, an automatic frequency conversion control system is designed by combining frequency conversion technology and PLC intelligent control technology to monitor the load changes of the fluid load equipment in real time and control the frequency conversion system to adjust the frequency of the output current of the power supply system in a timely manner. The trial operation results show that the application of the control system has effectively reduced the energy consumption of the equipment and achieved significant results.
