摘要
为提高重介质选煤设备的选煤精度,对重介质旋流器入口压力和悬浮液密度控制进行研究,通过变频调节泵对入口压力进行模糊控制,通过DMC算法对混料桶液位及悬浮液密度进行调节控制。结果表明,采用新的控制方式后,基本杜绝了超调量并缩短了调节时间,有效解决了悬浮液密度控制中的滞后性问题。
In order to improve the coal separation accuracy of heavy medium coal separation equipment, the inlet pressure and suspension density control of heavy medium cyclone are studied, and the inlet pressure is fuzzy controlled by variable frequency regulation pump, and the mixing drum level and suspension density are adjusted and controlled by DMC algorithm. The results show that the new control method basically eliminates the overshoot and shortens the adjustment time, and effectively solves the hysteresis problem in the suspension density control.
