房间隔缺损介入封堵术后心脏穿孔1例 被引量：1

摘要 房间隔缺损(atrial septal defect,ASD)是最常见的先天性心脏病之一,介入封堵术是部分房间隔缺损首选的治疗方案,有成功率高、创伤小、并发症发生率低等优点。心脏破裂(cardiac rupture,CR)是心血管急危重症之一,一旦发生病情进展快,严重危及生命,死亡率极高。本文报道1例房间隔缺损封堵术后心脏穿孔,并成功救治的过程。
