摘要
2021年,教育部《职业教育专业目录》将“酒店管理”专业更名为“酒店管理与数字化运营”,相应人才培养方案也应修改。对五所“双高”院校“酒店管理与数字化运营”专业人才培养方案中培养目标和课程设置两个核心内容进行比较分析,发现部分专业存在培养目标未体现数字化、职业面向过窄、学时不足且分配失衡、课程命名和体系混乱、缺少数字化课程等问题。解决这些问题需要将数字化融入人才培养目标,拓展职业面向,开足学时,合理设置专业课程和推进数字化。
In 2021,hotel management specialty was renamed hotel management and digital operations,the personnel training program needed to be modified accordingly.Through comparative analysis of the two key contents of personnel training objective and curriculum setting in the five“Double High”colleges,it is found that some colleges have the problems of training objectives reflecting no digitalization,narrow career orientation,teaching time shortage and imbalanced distribution,confusion over course naming and curriculum setting and lack of digital courses.The corresponding solutions are to integrate digitalization into personnel training objective,expand the career orientation,schedule enough teaching time,set up professional courses reasonably and speed up digitalization.
