摘要
企业信用制度包括企业信用管理制度和企业诚信自律制度,而以往的制度及配套管理措施设计缺乏标准化支持,难以保证制度建设的科学性和完整性。两项信用类国家标准的发布实施,弥补了缺少标准化技术工具的不足。其中,《信用管理师国家职业技能标准(2021年版)》可用作支撑企业信用管理制度设计的主要工具,《企业诚信管理体系要求》(GB/T 31950—2022)则可用作支撑企业诚信自律制度设计的主要工具。企业宜将二者融合应用,能够保证企业信用制度设计的科学性和完整性,以及配套管理措施具有可行性。
Corporate credit system consists of corporate credit management system and corporate integrity self-discipline system.However,it is difficult to ensure the scientificity and integrity of the construction of these system because the design of previous systems and supporting management measures lack standardized support.The enactment and implementation of two national standards on credit make up for the lack of standardized technical tools.The“National Vocational Skills Standards for Credit Managers(2021 Edition)”can be used as the main tool to support the design of corporate credit management systems,and the“Requirements for Corporate Integrity Management System(GB/T 31950-2022)”can be used as the main tool to support the design of corporate integrity self-discipline system.Enterprises should integrate these two systems,which can ensure the scientificity and integrity of the corporate credit system design and the feasibility of supporting management measures.
