青椒类胡萝卜素的提取及纯化 被引量:3

摘要 为促进青椒资源的综合利用,以青椒为供试材料,丙酮浓度、料液比、提取温度、超声时间为考察因素,采用单因素-响应面试验优化了青椒类胡萝卜素提取工艺,并研究了大孔树脂对提取物的纯化效果。结果表明,最适提取参数为:提取温度40℃,料液比1∶15,丙酮浓度80%,超声时间30min,该条件下提取量达248.80mg·kg^(-1)。相比D301、硅胶G和NKA,AB-8型大孔树脂对青椒类胡萝卜素吸附能力较好,可使提取物中类胡萝卜素纯度提高1.62倍。总之,各提取因素的变化与类胡萝卜素提取量之间是复杂的非线性关系,采用AB-8型树脂对类胡萝卜素的纯化效果较好。 In order to promote the comprehensive utilization of green pepper(Capsicum annuum)resources,carotenoids in green pepper was extracted by ultrasonic assisted organic-solvent extraction. The extraction rate of carotenoids such as acetone concentration,material-to-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,and ultrasound time was studied by single factor-response surface experiments. The purification effect of macroporous resins was also studied. The yield of 248.80mg·kg^(-1)carotenoids could be obtained under the following optimal conditions :extraction temperature 40℃,material-to-liquid ratio 1∶15,acetone concentration 80%,and ultrasonic time 30min. Compared with D301,silica gel G and NKA macroporous resin,AB-8 macroporous resin had a higher adsorption capacity with 1.62-fold purification of carotenoids. Based on the complex,non-linear relationships between the extraction rate and related factors affecting extraction of carotenoids,AB-8 resins were recommended for carotenoid purification.
