摘要
电动自行车新国标的出台使得电动机的设计更加规范化,据此提出一种新型外转子开关磁阻电机(SRM)结构。首先,给出初始模型,推导该结构的平均输出转矩优势;其次,分析单变量变化,确定优化参数,并建立响应面优化模型;然后,采用改进的多目标鱼群算法寻优得到Pareto解集,有限元分析优化后的电机性能;最后,通过算法改进前后的实验对比,得到优化后的电机模型。
The introduction of new national standard of electric bicycle makes the design of motor more standardized.A new structure of external rotor switched reluctance motor(SRM) is proposed.Firstly, the initial model is given to derive the average output torque advantage of the structure.Secondly, the univariate changes are analyzed, the optimization parameters are determined, and the response surface optimization model is established.Then, the improved multi-objective fish swarm algorithm is used for optimizing to obtain the Pareto solution set, and the motor performance after optimization is analyzed by finite element method.Finally, the optimized motor model is obtained by comparing the experiments before and after the algorithm improvement.
