摘要
目的:探究分析健康教育模式在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇孕期管理中的应用效果及对妊娠结局的影响。方法:在2019年1至2021年1月本院妇产科接诊的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇中抽取104例纳入观察对象,通过随机数字表法将所有孕妇分为对照组和研究组,各52例,对照组施行常规孕期管理控制血糖,研究组则在此基础上加用健康教育模式,对比两组孕妇的血糖情况、胰岛功能、不良妊娠结局发生率和不良反应情况。结果:研究组孕妇接受健康教育护理后,与对照组孕妇相比,血糖情况、胰岛功能显著更优,妊高症、胎盘异常、早产、产后出血等不良妊娠结局的发生率更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组妊娠期糖尿病孕妇在护理期间均未出现严重不良反应,如恶心呕吐、便秘、失眠等,组间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健康教育模式在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇孕期管理中的应用能够有效控制患者的血糖情况、改善胰岛功能,能够优化妊娠结局、对新生儿的影响较小,具有很高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of health education model in the management of pregnant women with gestational diabetes and its influence on pregnancy outcome.Method:From January 2019 to January 2021,104 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus received in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were selected and included in the observation object.All pregnant women were divided into control group and study group by random number table method.In 52 cases,the control group was administered routine pregnancy management to control blood glucose,and the study group was added with a health education model on this basis to compare the blood glucose,pancreatic islet function,incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and adverse reactions between the two groups of pregnant women.Results:After receiving health education and nursing care,pregnant women in the study group had significantly better blood glucose and islet function than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes such as pregnancy-induced hypertension,abnormal placenta,premature delivery,and postpartum hemorrhage was lower.Statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions,such as nausea and vomiting,constipation,insomnia,etc.between the two groups of pregnant women with gestational diabetes during the nursing period.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of health education model in the management of pregnant women with gestational diabetes can effectively control the patient's blood sugar status,improve the islet function,optimize the pregnancy outcome,and have a small impact on the newborn,which has high clinical application value.
