青贮时间对不同水溶性碳水化合物含量甘蔗尾青贮品质的影响 被引量:4

摘要 本试验旨在研究青贮时间对不同水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)含量甘蔗尾青贮品质的影响,为广西地区青贮饲料制备和提高甘蔗尾利用率提供理论依据和实践经验。分别以低、中、高WSC含量甘蔗尾为青贮原料,并分别在青贮125、155、185 d后对其青贮品质进行分析。结果显示:1)低、中、高WSC含量甘蔗尾青贮饲料常规营养成分含量均随青贮时间的增加而降低,且青贮125 d时干物质损失率、乙醇含量、pH显著低于青贮155和185 d时(P<0.05),乳酸含量显著高于青贮155和185 d时(P<0.05)。2)低WSC含量甘蔗尾在青贮后氨态氮含量以及干物质损失率显著高于中和低WSC含量甘蔗尾(P<0.05)。3)在有氧暴露过程中,高WSC含量甘蔗尾青贮酵母菌和霉菌数量显著高于中和低WSC含量甘蔗尾青贮(P<0.05)。由此得出,本试验条件下,不同WSC含量甘蔗尾青贮125 d时品质最佳;不同WSC含量甘蔗尾青贮品质存在差异,低WSC含量甘蔗尾青贮过程中营养物质损失最大,高WSC含量甘蔗尾发酵后品质较好,但在有氧暴露过程易发生有氧变质。 This experiment studied the effects of ensiling time on the quality of sugarcane tops silage with different water-soluble carbohydrates(WSC)contents.The current study was supposed to provide theoretical basis and practical experience for silage preparation and improve the utilization rate of sugarcane tops in Guangxi area.The sugarcane tops with low,medium and high WSC contents were used as silage material,and the silage quality was analyzed at the 125th,155th and 185th day of ensiling time.The results showed as follows:1)the conventional nutrient contents of sugarcane tops silage decreased with the increase of ensiling time.The dry matter loss rate,ethanol content,and pH of the sugarcane tops silage after ensiling 125 days were significantly lower(P<0.05)and lactic acid content was significantly higher(P<0.05)than those after ensiling 155and 185 days.2)The ammonia nitrogen and dry matter loss rate of the low WSC content sugarcane tops after ensiling were significantly higher than those of low and medium WSC content sugarcane tops after ensiling after ensiling(P<0.05).3)During aerobic exposure,the number of yeast and mold of high WSC content sugarcane tops silage were significantly higher than those of low and medium WSC content sugarcane tops silage(P<0.05).In conclusion,under those experimental conditions,the quality of sugarcane tops silage with different WSC contents is the best at ensiling 125 days.The quality of sugarcane tops silage varied with different WSC contents.The nutrient loss of sugarcane tops with highest WSC content is the largest during silage.The fermentation quality of sugarcane tops with high WSC content is comparatively better,but it is more vulnerable to deterioration during the aerobic exposure.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(11):7291-7306]
