摘要
扶阳罐是一项糅合经典并运用于临床的创新性疗法,集“温刮、温灸、推拿、热疗、磁疗、拔罐和远红外线”7种功效为一体。此文通过检索中文期刊全文数据库中国知网(CNKI)2012年—2020年公开发表的扶阳罐临床研究文献,分析总结扶阳罐疗法在妇科、儿科、骨伤科等方面的临床应用,并阐述扶阳罐的治疗原理、研究现状以及未来展望,为扶阳罐疗法的临床应用、诊疗思路及相关作用机制研究提供参考。
Strengthening yang cupping is an innovative therapy combining classic and clinical application, which integrates seven functions of “warm scraping, warm moxibustion, massage, hyperthermia, magnetic therapy, cupping and far infrared ray”. This paper analyzes and summarizes the clinical application of strengthening yang cupping therapy in gynecology, pediatrics, orthopedics and traumatology by searching the clinical research literature of strengthening yang cupping published in CNKI from 2012 to 2020, so as to provide reference for the clinical application, diagnosis and treatment ideas and related mechanism research of strengthening yang cupping therapy.
