摘要
目的 研究艾灸结合中医药内服外治对寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法 回顾性选取2019年1月—2020年1月江西省永丰县中医院寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎患者80例,依据治疗方法分为艾灸结合中医药内服外治法组(观察组)、单独中医药内服外治法组(对照组)各40例,统计分析2组患者的中医证候积分、临床疗效、复发情况、治疗满意度。结果 观察组患者治疗后较治疗前的中医证候积分降低幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的3个月、半年、1年复发率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度92.5%(37/40)显著高于对照组的75.0%(30/40)(P<0.05)。结论 对于寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎,艾灸结合中医药内服外治的临床效果较单独中医药内服外治显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of cold-dampness coagulation and stagnation type. Methods A retrospective selection of 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of cold-dampness coagulation and stagnation type in Yongfeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine nursing group(observation group) and single Chinese medicine nursing group(control group), with 40 cases in each group. The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores, clinical effect, recurrence, satisfaction with treatment of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The decrease of TCM syndrome score in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation patients was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). 3 months in the observation group, Half a year, the one-year recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 92.5%(37/40), which was significantly higher than that in the control group 75.0%(30/40)(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing for chronic pelvic inflammation of cold-dampness coagulation and stagnation type is more significant than that of traditional Chinese medicine nursing alone.
