浅谈锂电池包框体结构设计

摘要 随着国家新能源的发展,新能源汽车的应用受到越来越多的关注。采用锂电池作为汽车主要动力源的方案获得了广泛的认可。锂电池也成了新能源汽车不可或缺的一部分。锂电池框体结构作为电池与整车的连接桥梁,其设计方法被广泛关注。本文主要简述锂电池框体结构设计方法,介绍了从初始需求输入到设计完成的流程及考虑事宜,便于工程师在设计过程中借鉴参考。 With the development of new energy in China,the application of new energy vehicles has attracted more and more attention.The scheme of using lithium battery as the main power source of automobile has been widely recognized.Lithium battery has also become an indispensable part of new energy vehicles.As a bridge between battery and vehicle,the design method of lithium battery frame is widely concerned.This paper mainly introduces the design method of lithium battery frame structure,introduces the process and considerations from initial demand input to design completion,which is convenient for engineers to use for reference in the design process.
