基于PLC的立体仓库控制系统设计

摘要 为实现立体仓库的多样化功能,设计了可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC),用于实时控制自动化立体仓库系统的硬件组成、结构、原理。通过视窗控制中心(Windows Control Center,WinCC)监控整个控制过程,并采用交叉存储策略及遗传算法优化立体仓库路径,缩短了堆垛机空载的行程,减少了存取时间,提高了工作效率。 In order to realize the diversified functions of the three-dimensional warehouse,a programmable logic controller(PLC)is designed to control the hardware composition,structure and principle of the automatic three-dimensional warehouse system in real time.The whole control process is monitored through windows control center(WinCC),and the path of the three-dimensional warehouse is optimized by using cross storage strategy and genetic algorithm,which shortens the no-load travel of the stacker,reduces the access time,and improves the work efficiency.
