摘要
针对安钢100t转炉电除尘器存在泄爆的工艺状况,分析泄爆发生主要是由于电除尘内部氧含量超标造成的。通过采取优化冶炼工艺、风机转速,采用物理稀释、设备连锁等措施,电除尘器泄爆率由1%降低到0.02%,提高了转炉干法除尘系统运行的安全性、稳定性、可靠性,对转炉煤气回收、节约能源和保护环境等具有重要意义。
In this study, according to the technological situation of explosion venting in the electrostatic precipitator of Angang’s 100 t converter, it is analyzed that the main reason for the explosion is that the oxygen content in the electrostatic precipitator exceeds the standard. To solve this problem, improved technological measures such as optimizing the smelting process, fan speed, adopting physical dilution, and equipment interlocking are proposed, and the explosion venting rate of the electrostatic precipitator is reduced from 1% to 0.02%. The safety, stability and reliability of the converter dry dust removal system are improved, and it is of great significance to converter gas recovery, energy saving and environmental protection.
