摘要
目的分析关爱护理对人工流产女性降低重复流产率的效果。方法选择人工流产的80例患者为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施关爱护理,对比两组人工流产术知识认知情况、重复流产率、负性情绪及护理满意度。结果观察组人工流产术知识认知各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效避孕率高于对照组,重复流产率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关爱护理应用于人工流产患者中,可以提高女性对人工流产术知识的认知,降低重复流产率,稳定患者情绪,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of careing nursing on reducing the rate of repeat abortion in women with induced abortion.Methods 80 patients with induced abortion were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given caring nursing.The cognition of artificial abortion knowledge,repeated abortion rate,negative emotions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of artificial abortion knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective contraceptive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the repeated abortion rate was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of caring nursing in patients with induced abortion can improve women's knowledge of induced abortion,reduce the rate of repeated abortion,stabilize patients'emotions,improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
