急倾斜煤层采动垮冒高度分布规律研究

摘要 乌东煤矿南区B_(1+2)、B_(3+6)煤层为近直立煤层,且煤层变质程度低、采空区遗煤多、漏风严重,采空区容易出现自然发火,为了掌握煤层受开采扰动影响采空区垮冒高度分布规律,为采空区堵漏、防火等提供科学依据。通过3DEC数值模拟软件建立数学模型,模拟煤层在不同开采深度条件下的垮冒高度发育情况,与理论分析结果一致,得出以下结论:工作面开采4~5个阶段高度后(开采高度在100~125m),煤层靠近顶板侧的垮冒带发育高度为3~4个阶段高度,约75~100m;煤层靠近底板侧的垮冒带发育高度保持在3个阶段高度;煤层顶底板围岩垮冒带的发育高度与工作面开采深度保持一致,随开采深度增加而增大。 The B_(1+2) and B_(3+6) coal seams in the southern area of Wudong Coal Mine are near-upright coal seams,and the coal seams have a low degree of metamorphism,a large amount of coal left in the goaf,and serious air leakage,and the goaf is prone to spontaneous combustion.The distribution law of the collapse height of the goaf provides a scientific basis for the plugging and fire prevention of the goaf.The mathematical model was established by 3DEC numerical simulation software to simulate the development of the collapse height of the coal seam under the conditions of different mining depths,which was consistent with the theoretical analysis results.The following conclusions are drawn:after the mining height of the working face is 4-5 stages(the mining height is 100-125m),the development height of the caving belt near the roof side of the coal seam is 3~4 stages,about 75~100m;the development height of the caving belt near the bottom side of the coal seam remains at the height of 3 stages.The development height of the protruding zone is consistent with the mining depth of the working face,and increases with the increase of the mining depth.
