摘要
新时代大学生劳动教育具有与时俱进的内涵和鲜明的时代特征,医学生群体由于教育培养的独特性决定了其开展劳动教育的特殊性。为此,文章通过梳理近十年来有关医学生劳动教育的相关文献,发现研究者们主要从劳动教育的作用、内容、现状以及途径等方面进行了相关研究。研究者们一致认为劳动教育在医学生教育中发挥着重要的作用,但是目前高校中劳动教育的现状不容乐观,部分学校和学生没有认识到劳动教育的重要性,没有给予劳动教育高度重视,因此学校和社会应形成合力提高医学生劳动教育水平。研究者形成了一些研究成果,但在实操与评价方面存在研究欠缺。基于此,未来研究应该从医学生整体出发,系统研究医学生劳动教育内容,提出有操作性和实用性的评价体系,为医学生劳动教育的开展提供有用借鉴。
The labor education of college students in the new era has the connotation of advancing with the times and the distinctive characteristics of the times. The uniqueness of education and training of medical students determines the particularity of their labor education. To this end, the paper reviews the literature on labor education of medical students in the past decade, and finds that researchers have conducted relevant studies mainly from the aspects of the role,content, status and ways of labor education. Researchers agree that labor education plays an important role in medical education, but the current situation of labor education is not optimistic. Some schools and students do not realize the importance of labor education, so schools and society should form a joint force to improve the level of labor education of medical students. Researchers have formed some research results, but there is still a lack of research in the field of practice and evaluation. Based on this, research should systematically study the content of medical students’ labor education from the perspective of medical students as a whole, and put forward an operational and practical evaluation system to provide useful reference for the development of medical students ’labor education in the future.
