寒冷地区育肥猪舍节能新风预热系统的应用研究 被引量:2

Research on the application of energy-saving fresh air preheating system for fattening pig house in cold area

摘要 为了改善传统猪舍供暖系统能耗高、舒适性差等问题,试验采用现场测试的方法,以应用传统供暖方式和节能新风预热系统的两种猪舍作为试验猪舍,对比分析冬季条件下上述两种猪舍在实际生产中的舍内热环境和空气质量环境的差异,并计算节能新风预热系统的热回收效率和热回收负荷,以评价该系统的工作效果。结果表明:当舍外气温在-15.9℃以上时,利用节能新风预热系统即可保持猪舍温度不低于19.5℃,且舍内温度波动幅度较传统暖风机供暖方式降低30.3%,猪舍的前后温差降低51.3%,舍内有害气体浓度分布较传统模式更为均匀;当舍外温度在-7.9~-15.9℃之间时,应用节能新风预热系统可使猪舍的平均热回收效率维持在50.7%以上,最高可达到69.2%;节能新风预热系统的额外初始投资可在1.1个供暖季回收成本。说明在寒冷地区猪舍内应用节能新风预热系统具有较高的可行性和良好的经济效益。 In order to improve the practical problem of high energy consumption and poor comfort of the traditional piggery heating system,the field test method was adopted in the experiment,and two kinds of pig houses with fresh air preheating system and traditional heating method were used as experimental research objects.The differences of the thermal environment and air quality environment between the above two kinds of piggery in the actual production in winter were compared and analyzed,and the heat recovery efficiency and heat recovery load of the fresh air preheating system were calculated.The results showed that when the outdoor air temperature was above-15.9℃,the piggery temperature could keep no lower than 19.5℃through the fresh air preheating system.Moreover,the fluctuation range of indoor temperature was reduced by 30.3%compared with that of traditional heating fan;the temperature difference between front and rear piggery was reduced by 51.3%,and the concentration distribution of harmful gases in the house was more uniform.When the external temperature was between-7.9℃and-15.9℃,the average heat recovery efficiency of pig house could be maintained above 50.7%by using the fresh air preheating system,and the maximum heat recovery efficiency could reach 69.2%.The additional initial investment in the heat recovery ventilation system recovered the cost in the 1.1 heating seasons.The results indicated that the new air preheating system had high feasibility and good economic benefit in cold area piggeries.
