摘要 随着核磁共振技术(NMR)的不断发展,其应用范围越来越广泛,涉及复合绝缘子老化检测、石油勘测、医疗诊断等领域。在核磁共振技术中,建立高磁感应强度和高均匀度的静态磁场对于提高检测信号信噪比具有重要的作用。目前,采用永磁体建立静态磁场是常用的方法,但是高磁感应强度的永磁体体积较大,应用场景受到了极大限制。为了让核磁共振技术进一步扩大运用领域,一款使用更便捷、性能更优良的永磁体就必不可少。为此研究了一种通过Halbach阵列构成的永磁体,其磁感应强度可达到1.2 T,磁场均匀度在10 ppm以内,占用空间较小且易携带,为核磁共振技术运用到更多领域提供了前期准备。 With the continuous development of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)technology,its application range is more and more extensive,involving many fields such as composite insulator aging detection,petroleum exploration,medical diagnosis and so on.In nuclear magnetic resonance technology,the establishment of static magnetic field with high magnetic induction intensity and high uniformity plays an important role in improving the signal-to-noise ratio of detection signal.At present,using permanent magnet to establish static magnetic field is a common method.However,the volume of permanent magnets with high magnetic induction strength is large,and the application scenarios are greatly limited.In order to further expand the application of nuclear magnetic resonance technology,a permanent magnet with more convenient use and better performance is essential.Therefore,a permanent magnet composed of Halbach array is studied.The magnetic induction strength can reach 1.2 T,the magnetic field uniformity is within 10 ppm,the occupied space is small and easy to carry,which provides preliminary preparation for the application of nuclear magnetic resonance technology in more fields.
